Penny Pritzker speaks with the satisfaction belonging to those who succeed. "We are making business easier for foreign companies coming to the Unites States". Easier, most of all, for small and medium size companies such the ones comprising the Italian contingent, at 41 the largest from Europe to arrive at the SelectUsa summit.

"Sixty percent of the companies here are small" said the Commerce Secretary, and responding to a question on the role of Italian firms, which she mentioned as an example of foreign direct investment in her introductory remarks at the conference, she added: "They are comfortable because we have a reliable system, a transparent system".
