Special Session
"The New Italians: Migrant Stories in Literature and Film"
In recent years Italy has acquired a heterogeneous population that has become the centre of political manipulations but also of artistic expressions by Italian authors and migrants alike. This session invites critical reflections on literary and cinematic expressions by or about the new Italians. Comparative approaches are also welcome.
