Europeo, an Italian furniture manufacturer, has opened its North American headquarters at The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship in Greensboro.
Paolo Tomasi, the Europeo's vice president of North American operations, said the company plans to expand its market share in the Americas by "competing on style and quality" and the Nussbaum Center provides an ideal facility for building its operations.
The company, which was founded in 1971, operates three production facilities in Italy.
Sam Funchess, president and CEO of the Nussbaum Center, said the center was proud to welcome Europeo and looks forward to assisting the company as it develops its North American business.
