Euro Group, an Italian industrial company that supplies electrical steel laminations to the makers of electric motors and generators announced that it had purchased Tecumseh Products in Paris, Tennessee. In a further update on the purchased, the Milan, Italy-based company plans to use Paris, Tennessee as its American base of operations.
Euro Tranciatura USA, or ETU, will be the new name of the company but don't expect any new faces walking the factory as it will keep its current employees in the lamination division and hopes to add more jobs in the future.
