M'Orelli Italian Shoes is opening its first Sarasota location in the Gulf Gate neighborhood.

The shoe store, which sells footwear fashions for women, are made in the Marche area of Italy. All products are made in Italy and shopping to the United States. Store owner, Jerry Ciarapica, comes from a long line of Itlalian shoe makers and manufacturers.

The store will celebrate its grand opening on April 11 with a sale on shoes from through the week. The store, located at 2144 Gulf Gate Dr., took over the former space of Giannini Custom Tailoring in Gulf Gate.

Store hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
