PMT Italia S.p.A. announces the successful startup of its latest ÆGO™FLX SHOE at KapStone® Paper and Packaging Corporation in North Charleston, South Carolina, USA. PMT recently replaced the PM3 press section of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation in North Charleston, SC.The new press section was part of a paper machine upgrade to improve the capability and efficiency of PM3 in producing Ultra High Performance lightweight linerboard grades, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The installation and startup of the new PM3 press proceeded as scheduled with the machine immediately producing first quality production.
