Alfredo’s Deli was bustling at lunchtime on a recent Thursday, dozens of new and regular customers enjoying cake and other treats served by sisters Joanne Beyus and Marie Stoecker, who manage the business.
“It was my dream to open up my own store when I was 25,” said Alfredo Viscariello, brother of Beyus and Stoecker, taking a break from stocking the beverage cooler near the kitchen and deli counter as the eatery celebrated 25 years at its original Water Street location.
