Presented on the occasion of Italian Cuisine Week in the World, University of Chicago Historian, Daniele Macuglia, will lead guests on a culinary journey to the Middle Ages. During the class, students will have the opportunity to try forgotten tastes of Italian cuisine and learn about etiquette and the culinary culture of 14th Century in Italy.
