Ilana Rainero-de Haan, Music Planning Manager at San Franscisco Opera, will discuss how her study and career path in music and Italian language and culture across Italy and USA led her to her current position at the San Francisco Opera.
She graduated from Dickinson in Italian and Music (double major), studied abroad in Bologna, Italy, and earned a MA in "Innovazione e Organizzazione della Cultura delle Arti" (Università di Bologna). Thanks to her live experience in Italy, language proficiency, and managerial competence, Ilana effectively interacts with the artistic and cultural dimension of the San Francisco Opera Theater.
