Italy to relax covid travel rules for non-EU visitors from 1 March

Italy will allow travellers from outside the European Union to enter the country quarantine-free as of 1 March, health minister Roberto Speranza announced on Tuesday.

Under Italy's new travel rules, visitors from non-EU nations will no longer be required to show both proof of vaccination or recovery from covid and a negative test result.
