A new Italian restaurant is coming to downtown Springfield. Fratelli's Famiglia Ristorante, which translates to "family restaurant," will hold a grand opening Feb. 6. It is located at 42 N. Fountain Ave., across the street from a new parking garage that is being constructed.
The new restaurant will provide area residents with another dining option, as well as opportunities for employment. It also adds to the growing dining scene in downtown Springfield, which recently welcomed Stella Bleu Bistro. Another new restaurant, Roman-style pizza concept Crust & Company, is also slated to open this year.
