Dave Keen admits he is not the most likely owner of Italian restaurants, but he is excited about the opportunity to serve the Troy area with the opening of Troni Brothers Bella Bistro, where local residents will be able to enjoy sit down meals, a quick lunch, carry-out or delivery.
“My family is German. I am the only one born in the United States,” Keen explained, adding that he has also been a business consultant for 20 years, so becoming an owner of Italian restaurants was something new to him. “This is different than anything I’ve ever done in my life.”
