Wreath laying ceremony held at Italian Oven in Little Falls

A wreath-laying ceremony was held Saturday at the Italian Oven on the east end of Loomis Street just before you get to Highway 167.

Joann Campbell, with the Italian Heritage Club, stated, “October, as Italian Heritage month, provides us with the opportunity to recognize the contributions, achievements, and successes of Italians and Italian Americans and to celebrate our heritage and culture not only during October but year round and to ensure that our Heritage and traditions so rich, especially in the Mohawk Valley, are shared with our children and grandchildren.”
