Paesanos – the name conjures an image of the perfect place for a first date or an engagement party, and it has built that reputation over the past several decades. Open for over 50 years, Paesanos has become known for its flavorful offerings. Earning the 2021 Readers’ Choice Award for the Best Italian Food in San Antonio is a valued addition to its award-winning history.
According to general manager Tim Bieker, Joe Cosniac, one of the original owners, built Paesanos with specific goals in mind. “They wanted to give the guests what they wanted, keep things simple, expect excellent service, and use only quality ingredients.”
