Andrea Centazzo

During his artistic career spanning over 30 years, Andrea Centazzo has given more than 1500 concerts and live performances in Europe, Asia and the United States, as well as appearing and performing on numerous radio and television broadcasts worldwide. He has recorded over 170 LP's and CD's, and has authored 350 compositions published by Warner Chappell as well as eight musicology books.

Deservedly, Centazzo (as composer, performer and video director) has received a number of prestigious music and video awards.

Also an active soundtrack composer, he has scored film, video and theatrical productions winning the LA Dramalogue Award in 1995.

For 15 years now, Centazzo has been working to create multi-media experiences, combining live music with video images, blending traditional instrumentation with the latest digital music technology. Born and raised in Italy, he became a naturalized American citizen in 2000. He has lived and worked both in Los Angeles and Bologna since 1992. He travels extensively in Asia and Europe and is a resident of Long Beach, California.
