The Italian American Heritage Foundation salutes "The Italian Masters" with a concert on March 15 at 7 p.m.
The Ohlone Chamber Singers, directed by Michael Morris, will present the special program of choral music by major Italian composers Antonio Vivaldi, Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, Gaetano Donizetti and Giuseppe Verdi. The concert also marks the 200th anniversary of Verdi's birth.
The evening starts with a social hour at 7 p.m., followed by the concert at 8 p.m. and then a reception with the singers.
It takes place at the IAHF Hall, 425 N. Fourth St., San Jose.
