They share the same dream but for each Lexington Legends player, a journey they hope ends at the Major Leagues begins far away from a big league ballpark. For Legends' shortstop Marten Gasparini, that's especially true.
"I feel like I was born for it, you know?" Gasparini told WKYT. "It just sticks to me and it feels natural for me to play it." Gasparini is the Legends' youngest player and likely the last among them to fall in love with America's pastime.
