Tickets for the 11th Italian Film Festival are now available! The Italian Cultural Center, in partnership with MSP Film Society, is proud to present nine films never before seen in Minnesota, including a celebration of the greatest and most influential filmmakers of all time, Federico Fellini, with a showing of his little-know gem Lo sceicco bianco (The White Sheik), presented with a new 4K restoration.
The festival kicks-off on Thursday, February 20th, with an Aperitivo, an invitation to relax and mingle with our special guests from Italy and Minnesota followed by the screening of BANGLA, a fresh and vibrant romantic comedy on the difficulties of love caught between different beliefs. After the film, visiting director Phaim Bhuiyan will discuss the film with the festival's Program Curator, Lorenzo Fabbri.
