Fr. Frederick M. Aniello, pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, built in 1923, states, “The magnificence of this House of Prayer, remarkable for its pure Lombard Romanesque architecture, the monumental marble alter towering in the sanctuary, the elegance of the unique stained-glass windows and the flood of light effused throughout the interior of the church, coupled with the majestic harmony of the organ music and the rhythmic concert of the bells ringing in the steeple, dazzles the senses and inspires one and all to praise and glorify God.” For more information visit www.olmcwtby.com

Fr. Aniello continues to state, “I’ve heard Michéal Castaldo perform several times in past years during our Sunday morning masses in support of his past concerts at the Mattatuck Museum. He immediately captured my attention with his magnificent voice and reverent presence as he sang beautiful Christmas hymns. We are so excited, with the beauty of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church as his venue, for Michéal to bring the Christmas message of love to the hearts of all present and will help us prepare for the celebration of the birth of Christ.”
