Columbus Citizens Foundation will be the first venue in America to premiere the film, which has been featured in theatres and festivals across Sicily. La Porta dell'Inferno is a true story of courage, sacrifice, and the love of family. The documentary chronicles the inspirational stories of some of the last surviving men who worked in the sulfur mines in central Sicily.
