Sal "The Voice" Valentinetti has been one of the most popular singers to come out of Long Island. Rightly so, he has one of the best voices in the world. When the girls hear him sing they act like the ones who screamed for Frank Sinatra in the 1940s.
In 1977, I met the great Sinatra at Patsy’s Italian Restaurant when I was there with the world champion New York Yankees. Shortly after that initial meeting the great Yanks manager Billy Martin, who was like a father to me, took me back to Patsys to have a private dinner with Mr. Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr.
