"Montessori has helped me become the person that I am today," says the Golden State Warriors' Stephen Curry, the best 3-point shooter in a single season in NBA history. In a video just released by the American Montessori Society, Living Montessori: The Curry Family, the NBA standout reflects on the impact of his early Montessori education.
Filmed on location at Curry's alma mater, the Christian Montessori School at Lake Norman in Charlotte, NC, the video also features an interview with his mother, Sonya Curry, who has captured the attention of fans nationwide with her buoyant courtside support of all of her children's spectacular athletics. Sonya Curry is also the school's founder and director.
