The historical "Dimore Storiche" tour of Bergamo presents the 2015 edition of DimoreDesign: every Sunday, from September 6 to 27, Trussardi House, Palazzo Agliardi, Palazzo Moroni, Palazzo Terzi and Villa Grismondi Finardi open their doors to the public and tto he creativity of five famous designers. Protagonists of the fifth edition of DimoreDesign are artists Louis Barolo, Marco Ferreri, Formafantasma, Franco Raggi and Luigi Serafini. Each of them reinterpret, with their own style and sensitivity, the interior and the exterior of these historic buildings: the spectacular halls, the rich rooms and the beautiful gardens will welcome works of great visual impact.

Between traditions and contaminations, the homes are open to the design, suggesting unexpected dialogues among the masterpieces of the past centuries and the innovative creations of contemporary design.

Given the success of previous editions, also return the appointments with design, scheduled on Wednesday evenings: encounters and confrontation during which, with the collaboration of Giacinto Di Pietrantonio, Director of GAMeC - Galleria d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Bergamo, the artists interact with the audience, telling their creations, paths and experiences. Among the innovations, the opportunity to visit the homes before the meetings.

DimoreDesign does not forget kids: to stimulate their imagination and creativity there will be "Le Pestiferie", creative workshops where art and design are made suitable for children.

DimoreDesign is an important artistic journey in the Italian cultural scene and a major event among the initiatives to enhance the heritage of the city of Bergamo. In this sense, the exhibition has become an important event for lovers of tradition and art of past centuries and, at the same time, the works of art of our time.
