Della sua Trapani si porta dietro sapori e saperi che diventano l’ambiente e il menu del suo nuovo ristorante: una vecchia affettatrice Berkel degli anni 50, una mappa della Sicilia del Settecento, le ceramiche di Caltagirone, le sedie di paglia di Castelvetrano, la ricetta dei “cabbuci” trapanesi e quella della “rianata”. Un angolo di Sicilia a Midtown, nel cuore di Manhattan.
