The 33rd annual Upper Ohio Valley Italian Heritage Festival wrapped up on Sunday evening. This year was bigger and better than ever before. From the bands to the bocce ball, thousands of people from all around the Ohio Valley seemed to have a great time at Heritage Port.
Wheeling's Mayor Andy McKenzie said the festival means a lot to him, and the Friendly City. "It's been here as long as I can remember. Its been going on for 33 years, I was a young kid when this festival started. I remember when it was on Market Street," he said.
