The 37th Annual Houston Italian Festival will bring Italian Bingo and Poker all' Italiana to this year's event along with a trio of new musical acts hot off the New York and Houston music scene. To be held on the grounds of the University of St. Thomas, the festival will run Thursday, Oct. 8, until Sunday, Oct. 11.
This popular festival is presented by the Italian Cultural & Community Center. Poker all' Italiana is a variation of 5 Card Draw while Italian Bingo(Tombola) is much like traditional Bingo. Tomabola is played with the numbers called out in English and Italian and it can be played by adults and children for $3 a card.
