Fiorenzo Dogliani, owner of Beni di Batasiolo, will join Carmelo Mauro for an exclusive wine dinner at Carmelo's Ristorante Italiano on Thursday, November 20, 6:30 p.m. at Carmelo's Ristorante Italiano, 14795 Memorial Drive in west Houston's Energy Corridor, and Friday, November 21, 6:30 p.m. at the Austin restaurant located at 504 East 5th Street.
These spectacular wine dinners will feature the Batasiolo Gavi, Gavi di Gavi Granee, Dolcetto and Barolo Cru Briccolina wines paired with Carmelo's exquisite cuisine choices of Quail Egg and Black Truffle, Winter Crespelle, Creamy Artichoke Soup, Prime Rib with Pepper Sauce and Black Truffles, and a Barolo Chinato Zabaglione for dessert.
