The creative team behind "A Bronx Tale: The Musical" at Millburn's Paper Mill Playhouse, has just debuted three songs from the show for the press, including a vivid number about writer Chazz Palminteri's old stomping grounds along Belmont Avenue.
Sweet street corner harmonizing gives way to the more insistent beat of early rock and roll; the company sings of church bells and wiseguys, sidewalk peddlers and Sunday sauce. You can practically smell the zeppoles frying.
