In this lecture, Dr. Brian Rose reviews new archaeological discoveries in Rome and Pompeii during the last 30 years.
In Rome, in particular, increased construction activity for the new subway lines has brought to light some striking discoveries that significantly change our understanding of the city during the first three centuries of the empire.
