The Rehoboth Beach Chapter of UNICO, the Italian-American service organization, recently donated a quilt courtesy of member Nina Wilson to the Tunnell Cancer Center for use as a raffle item to benefit the Sussex County Cancer Survivors Fund. The fund was established five years ago and assists cancer patients receiving treatment to pay bills for daily living.
Shown is UNICO member Vita Mule, left, presenting the quilt to BevAnn Kubala, a nurse at Tunnnell Cancer Center and one of the founders of the Sussex County Cancer Survivors Fund.
