Dear friends from Indianapolis and vicinity. On June 14-15, 2013 I will have the pleasure to be the special culinary guest at the Indianapolis Festa Italiana. I'm so excited to be part of this wonderful event and look forward to come to your city.
However, to make the event even more exciting, I will be needing a Nonna to cook with me on stage. Who will be the one? OK, we are now officially starting the selection process. If you are a Nonna or know of a Nonna that would like to cook with me on stage, please send the information below via email to Jonathan Stahl at the following email address: [email protected]
The information you need to send are the following: a photo of the Nonna, a short bio of the Nonna including a very short description of her Italian origins and the names of two traditional dishes from her region that she would like to cook with me on stage. The dishes can be a first course, an entree or a dessert.
All entries must be sent to Jonathan by May 20, 2013. The Nonna that will cook with me on stage will be announced on May 25, 2013.
Good Luck to All!!
