A Mason pizzeria is hoping for a boost in business after it receives its 60 minutes of fame during an upcoming national TV broadcast. The Food Network show " Restaurant Impossible " is featuring Aponte's Pizzeria in its Season 6 finale Sunday evening.
In the episode, Chef Robert Irvine travels to the eatery at 312 Reading Road to rescue the pizzeria and help owner Tony Aponte gain time with his family. According to Aponte's website, the restaurant has always prided itself on making its dishes with the "best ingredients to ensure customer satisfaction. We take pride in every dish we serve."
