Nearly thirty members of the Solon Italian Club came together at the Solon Community Center on the afternoon of Sunday, March 23 for the club's second annual sausage-making party.

Club members split the cost of supplies and broke into small groups to season the meat, mix in spices and load it into casings. Each group made several pounds of sausage to take home, as well as some extra sausage to serve at the next general meeting, held on the following Wednesday.
