On Sunday, May 5, 2013 St. Ambrose Parish will hold its annual "La Festa" on the grounds of St. Ambrose church in the historic Hill Neighborhood. St. Ambrose parish has been the foundation for this historic neighborhood for over 100 years and looks to continue this tradition with its largest fund raiser of the year.
Festivities will begin at 12:00 PM and continue through 6:30pm. A food court consisting of Italian food, will be available as well as a traditional spaghetti dinner in the school cafeteria. There will be many booths for entertainment and activities for the kids.
There will be live music from the "Italian Band" and classic Italian favorites played throughout the day by DJ Tony Cinici.
This years raffle will include a grand prize of $3,500 or 1 year's tuition paid for 1 student to St. Ambrose Grade School. Second Prize is an Apple iPad and Third Prize is $100 Cash.
