Get ready for some Italian food, rides, games and live entertainment at the 25th annual St. Jude Italian Festival. The Monroe summer tradition takes place this year Wednesday, Aug. 26, through Saturday, Aug. 29, at the church grounds located on Route 111 near the intersection of Route 110.
Over the years the festival has grown from a two-day carnival to the current four-day festival that annually attracts over 10,000 visitors. What makes the festival such a popular event is the food and there is a lot of it.
