About the Book: Sometimes history does not tell the complete story. Forces sometimes conspire to keep important stories from being told. “OUT OF RUSHMORE’S SHADOW” proves that historical contributions by American immigrants were often overlooked or buried. Luigi Del Bianco was an Italian immigrant who put the soul into Lincoln's eyes on the Mount Rushmore National Memorial, but never received any recognition as chief carver.
