To Our Valued Members and Guests, as new reports of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to develop, we wanted to update you on some of our operational procedures. For the past few weeks, our team has been frequently discussing the developments and how to handle this developing epidemic.
With matters getting worse by the day and the epidemic developing so quickly within the past couple days, we have decided to postpone the next two weeks for all programs, until further notice. Lectures and other social gatherings will be rescheduled for later dates.
I hope you can understand our decision and will be open to working with us on this developing matter. Many of the actions recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of COVID-19 are nearly identical to the steps designed to protect against other viruses, like the flu. You can take comfort in the fact that we already had protocols in place to meet sanitation standards. Our staff have always been encouraged to stay at home if they feel sick, and we have increased the amount of sanitizing we have done in the Center itself.
In these unprecedented times, we are keeping our nation, Italy and the rest of the world in our prayers. I wish you and your families the best and hope to see you soon. Stay safe!
