Our lecturer, Carla Gambescia, is the author of the award-winning book La Dolce Vita University: An Unconventional Guide to Italian Culture from A-to-Z. Also a marketing executive, former restaurateur and avid traveler; she created the Giro del Gelato bike tour, winner of OUTSIDE Magazine’s Best Trip in Western Europe.
