Local Italian Americans and the community gathered for a day celebrating Italian culture in Biloxi. The Gulf Coast Italian American Cultural Society held a family game day at Lighthouse Park. Guests enjoyed delicious food, games, music, and a silent auction while learning more about Italian culture in South Mississippi.
Here’s what the president and vice president of the society have to say. “More specifically, with this particular organization, that you don’t have to be Italian to be a part of it. We have people who are just generally interested in the Italian culture and want to be a part of it. Everybody wants to go to Italy. Everybody wants to go eat Italian food.”
