Dear Members, Friends, Families, and Supporters, as many of you know, the Italian Club of Tampa is celebrating 100 Years in our current building with a series of events in the coming months. In an era of modernization, the Italian Club Building has stood the test of time and we remain a cornerstone of Ybor City, just as we were when our doors first opened in 1918. The Italian Club Building has served as a cultural icon, hosting a variety of events focusing on the culture, traditions, and heritage of the Italian Community.
As we celebrate this milestone, we also recognize the need for ongoing preservation and restoration of our iconic building. In the next year, our Club is preparing to embark on over $1 Million in major restoration work, as we work towards the preservation of our building for the next 100 Years. Our Club has adopted the motto of “Sempre Avanti” – always moving forward - and we are hopeful that you will support us as we work together to achieve that goal.
We have received several inquiries from local businesses and members about donations and sponsorship. We do have sponsorship opportunities, and we are accepting donations towards the ongoing building restoration efforts. There are many perks of sponsorship/donation for those that are able to do so. If you are interested, or know of local business or organization that would be interested in sponsorship or a donation, please contact the Italian Club Office at 813-248-3316, or email [email protected]
Thank you again for your support as we work together to preserve our Italian Club Building and celebrate the Italian culture and heritage in our community. Thank You and Sempre Avanti!
