A Delaware judge has dismissed a lawsuit that pitted former partners in an Italian grocery store business in Rehoboth beach against one another.
The Chancery Court suit involved former partners in Touch of Italy Salumeria and Pasticceria. In 2012, one partner, Louis Bascio, decided to withdraw from the business, allegedly saying he was moving to Pennsylvania and might open a business there.
