New York City restaurants haven’t stopped innovating in the wake of ongoing pandemic restrictions. And as New Yorkers head out east for the warmer months, New York’s new ways of high-end dining will follow.
A new spin-off of Manhattan’s Michelin starred Marea, Marea in the Hamptons, will allow Manhattanites and Hamptonites alike to enjoy chef Michael White’s acclaimed Italian fare, miles away from the restaurant itself. The new launch will mark the Altamarea Group’s first official foray into Hamptons dining.
