The organization of Italians Alberto Onetti and Marco Marinucci expands in America and conquers New York as well. The new office of the Italian boutique offering consulting and innovation services with an international scope opened its third office in America on August bank holiday. After San Francisco, its headquarters, and Los Angeles, Mind The Bridge cut the ribbon on Fifth Avenue, the most famous street in Manhattan.
"With New York, we add another base of operations in the United States," commented Alberto Onetti, president of the international organization, a professor and entrepreneur, who broke the news on LinkedIn. "We have been active on the East Coast for years with scouting activities and an extensive network of relationships. But having a physical presence here allows us to go a step further in terms of depth of relationships with local stakeholders and speed of connection with East Coast startups."
The choice of New York City is also motivated by research by Mind the Bridge: according to the report "Tech Scaleup Silicon Valley 2021," it is the second largest scaleup hub in the U.S.: 3,500 scaleups (half the size of San Francisco) and more than $100 billion invested (one-fifth of Silicon Valley). Nearby Boston, a four-hour drive from NYC, is the fifth (with a thousand scaleups and investment on par with the UK).
The ambition of the company founded by Alberto Onetti and Marco Marinucci, at first with a European focus, has spanned a global horizon in recent years, as evidenced by the offices in Seoul after those in Barcelona and Milan. "We like to build bridges and relationships. We look forward to seeing how our business will become more relevant than ever. Come visit us if you are passing through the Big Apple!" was the invitation from Marco Marinucci, former Google manager, CEO and founder of Mind the Bridge.
