The Plainfields’ Chapter of UNICO is part of UNICO National which is the largest Italian American service organization in the USA. The UNICO mission is to promote Italian American heritage and culture by supporting charitable, scientific, educational, cultural, and literary projects.
The Plainfields’ Chapter of UNICO is offering a scholarship to South Plainfield high school seniors who are of Italian heritage, with at least one grandparent being of Italian descent and will be attending a post-secondary educational institution, including a 2-year college, 4-year college, or any vocational/technical/trade school in 2024.
