On November 15th, at 6:30 P.M., the Italian Cultural Institute of New York, in collaboration with the Generoso Pope Foundation and the Westchester Italian Cultural Center will host a panel discussiontitled “Conviviality, sustainability and innovation: the ingredients of Italian cuisine for people's health and the protection of the planet”.
Welcoming remarks will be delivered by Fabio Finotti, Director of the Italian Cultural Institute of New York. Keynote speakers of this panel discussion will be Larry Forgione, Chef and Co-Founder the Culinary Institute of America’s Farm-to-Table Program (conviviality); Jami Ahmad, Director, United Nations Environment Program – New York Office (sustainability); John DeCicco Jr., CEO, DeCicco & Sons (innovation).
