
On September 14th, over 50 attendees joined the inaugural True Italian Taste Master Class “Boot” Camp. During the Master Class and tasting session, participants were led on a guided exploration of the flavors of Italy’s Piemonte region by a panel of expert speakers.
Participants partook in a journey of discovery of Piedmont’s PDO and PGI products with Industry experts, IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi and a Michelin Starred Chef delve into the characteristics and qualities that define these products and explain the geographic significance associated with their production and unique characteristics.
