Justin A. Nystrom, Associate Professor of History at Loyola University in New Orleans, will present his book (The University of Georgia Press, 2018) in New Orleans on November 21 and in Los Angeles on December 5. The book investigates how generations of Sicilian immigrants have flavored creole cuisine.
