Specializing in homemade fresh pasta, a wood-fired oven and wine dinners and tastings, Dolce Vita Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar has been the go-to place in Fairfax City to find authentic Italian cuisine for 35 years. "We have long establish relationships with our neighbors and guests," said owner Cyrus Colman. "We are always innovating and coming with new opportunities for our guests to continue to enjoy their experience."
Dolce Vita is one of the 24 restaurants and bars in Fairfax City that will be participating in the 2024 Restaurant Week, which runs from Feb. 26 through March 3. "Restaurant Week is that nudge our residents get twice a year that says dining out is a community event.” said Fairfax City Mayor, Catherine Read.
