On the “Week of Italian Cuisine in the World 2021”, in collaboration with the General Consulate of Italy in Philadelphia, PI-Philly invites you to “The Italian Table: celebration of pasta and first courses”. An Apericena, an informal standing dinner where we will explore together appetizers and dishes of Italian cuisine.

The “Week of Italian Cuisine in the World 2021” is a great opportunity to talk about tradition and perspectives of Italian Cuisine: awareness and enhancement of food sustainability, quality products, enhancing Italian know-how, spreading the unique values and benefits of the Mediterranean diet.
