What’s the secret ingredient to staying in business for over 10 years? The chef at Little Sicily may just have the recipe for success as the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate over 10 years of service to the Raleigh County community.
Little Sicily opened its doors in 2014 with co-owner Karim Masoud, but head chef and co-owner Mohamad Farghaly has been serving the Beckley area since 2004 with his first restaurant, Roma’s Pizza and Grill. “I Just love the food. I have been cooking for 27 or 28 years; I have a lot of experience,” Farghaly said. “I’ve worked in a lot of different places all over the world, and I’ve learned from the best.”
